OUR WALKIES/PETCARE TEAM

JENNIFER AND SARA: OWNERS

Hi! We are Jen and Sara.

We moved to beautiful Santa Cruz County in 2014 and love it so much! We are amazed every day by the compassionate community here. The people and families that work to support local small businesses and help this little town thrive. It makes this job even closer to our hearts and we are honored to have the opportunity to serve the dogs and humans of Santa Cruz.

All our lives we have owned and cared for animals. Our wonderful little companion, Jai Jai passed away in 2022.

We have a combined 10+ years of experience in the professional pet care industry. We both hold experience as kennel techs, bathers/groomers, solo, small pack and full pack walkers, In-home pet sitters and are skilled at management of 12-15 dogs at a time.

To complement our experience, Jen is a certified dog trainer while Sara has her degree in business. Together we make a strong team filled with passion, strength, and a genuine love for animals. Our background of hard work and determination has led us to where we are today. It is important to us that our business reflects the integrity and veneration that we hold for creatures of all shapes and sizes.

We are committed to keeping all your 4-legged friends safe and well cared for while having a fun, extraordinary experience! We do this because it brings us joy to see happy families and their happy pets!

TRACEY WHITCOMB: LEAD WALKIE WEST

I am a native Santa Cruzian and feel blessed to have grown up and spent most of my life here. Most of my occupational experience has been working in pet care fields. In 1999, I received a degree in Animal Health Technology and spent the following 20 years working as a Vet Tech. in 2019 I decided to branch out into a career involving dogs at their happiest, which is when I became a dog walker! I also enjoy living with my own 2 loyal and entertaining Chihuahuas!

JESSICA CONRAD: LEAD WALKIE EAST

Hi, I'm Jessi. I moved here in 2020 and absolutely fell in love with the county. I'm a passionate and devoted animal lover, and I was lucky enough to find this job - which is the most rewarding one I've ever had. I can't wait to meet your fur baby!

RILEY LARSON: WALKIE, LEAD RECEPTIONIST, BATHER

Riley has called Santa Cruz home since 2021, moving here to earn a psychology degree at UCSC and deciding to stay. She enjoys the perfect mix of ocean, forest, and a vibrant pet-loving community. A true dog enthusiast, she’s always dreamed of being surrounded by dogs every day and loves getting to know each pup’s unique personality. She lives with her little grey hava-poo named Ellie: exploring the outdoors or spending time with furry friends, her world happily revolves around dogs.

NOAH BUNTING: WALKIE, BATHER, FRONT DESK

After living in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, I needed a change and came to Santa Cruz. I wanted to follow my love of animals and the outdoors and that's when I met and joined the WYW team. Now, I'm very grateful I get to spend my days with the coolest dogs I've ever met in some gorgeous locales, and I hope I get to meet your cool dog too!
